My client is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join their team!
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze financial performance, trends, and variances; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, risk assessment, and investment decisions.
Prepare and present regular and ad hoc reports for leadership, highlighting KPIs and business drivers.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and ERP/FP&A processes by consolidating inputs and validating assumptions.
Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and audit processes.
Calculate and oversee commissions and performance-based bonuses with accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
Mentor junior analysts and support special projects and leadership initiatives.
Technical Requirements :
Excel (advanced): financial modeling, VBA, Macros, pivot tables, lookups.
Familiarity with Power BI, ERP systems, and SQL.
Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in corporate financial analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
