We’re seeking a highly motivated, technically inclined, and customer-facing Sales Representative who can bridge the gap between networking technology and real-world customer needs.Role Overview
The ideal candidate has both a solid grasp of networking technologies and exceptional B2B/B2G sales experience. You should be able to meet clients, explain our hardware/software solutions clearly, and drive adoption across various markets including wireless ISPs, telecom partners, and enterprise users.
Responsibilities
· • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the wireless and broadband ecosystem.
· • Deliver tailored product presentations and demos to prospective clients (virtually and in-person).
· • Build and maintain strong relationships with network engineers, IT decision-makers, and procurement teams.
· • Travel regularly to attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
· • Stay updated on Horizon’s roadmap, and industry developments in CBRS, LTE, 5G, and networking gear.
· • Collaborate with product/engineering to convey customer feedback and product improvements.
· • Drive revenue by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
· • Use CRM tools to track activity, build forecasts, and report to senior leadership.
Requirements
· • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in networking, telecom, or IT hardware.
· • Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, LTE, CBRS, 5G, routers, CPEs, etc.)
· • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
· • Self-starter, independent, and willing to travel across states.
· • Experience with WISPs, carriers, or enterprise IT solutions is a strong plus.
· • Bonus: Background in wireless infrastructure, broadband deployment, or system integration.
