Our client, a top-performing national electrical contractor , is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial electrical projects in the Los Angeles area . This individual will play a key leadership role in delivering complex, high-value projects with precision, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of major electrical construction projects. This role requires a proactive leader with deep industry knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of large commercial electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and schedule adherence.
• Lead coordination efforts between field operations, engineering, vendors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, and safety regulations.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and performance expectations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in electrical project management within the commercial construction sector.
• Proven success managing large-scale electrical projects exceeding $100 million in industries such as healthcare, higher education, data centers, or complex commercial environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, design-build processes, and construction documentation.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive profitability and project performance.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Los Angeles, CA area.
