Job Description Summary
Sr. Manager, Award Compliance is responsible for the effective risk assessment and compliance oversight for public subawards (grants), including compliance with applicable governmental regulations, terms and conditions, and award requirements. The position primarily responsible for performing pre-award risk assessments, reviewing invoices, grant disbursements, and expense reports for compliance, and post-award monitoring activities. The position is a key contributor to Operation’s Management’s enterprise risk management efforts, including issue and incident management, monitoring risk controls, and developing and implementing policies and procedures. This position reports to the Director, Compliance, and collaborates closely with Grants and Contracts on promoting compliance goals and objectives and enhancing policies, procedures, controls, training, testing and related practices. This position is hybrid with a flexible work arrangement based in Columbia, MD.Job Description

The base salary for this role is $95,000 to $105,000, depending on level of skills and experience.
The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance. The salary range is just a part of the total rewards package provided to employees at Enterprise, and other rewards may include annual performance bonuses and generous paid leave programs.
