Overview Role: Sr. Network Operation Consultant – Signaling & Nokia Core Products Location: Dallas, TX / Kansas City, KS Mandatory Skills: Nokia Core, Subscriber Provisioning, Cloud-Native, Telecom Cyber-Security, 3 years operational support. Requirements: Knowledge and experience supporting Nokia Core products (NDS, UDM, HSS, HLR, PCF). Knowledge and experience with Subscriber Provisioning flows. Experience with TMO implemented systems preferred: ServiceNow, OneConsole, OneData, CyberArk, NetScout, etc). Knowledge and experience working with a Cloud Native computing environment. Knowledge and experience supporting Dell Hardware/IDRAC. Knowledge and experience of the telecom Cyber-Security space: recognizing bad practice and addressing vulnerabilities thru configuration and software changes. Skillset Matrix Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc): Scripting: Python, Ansible, Bash; Business Intelligence; Unix/Linux CLI; Load Balancers (basic); Routers (basic); Database (basic). What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks) : Reviewing CMDB, update data, review issues/tickets/emails, update systems as needed. Attend meetings w/ vendor and design counterparts. Preferred background/prior work experience? 3 years operational support in technical environment.
