Base pay range $73.50/hr - $105.00/hr Title: Sr Scrum Master Location : Chicago, IL (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract Compensation Pay Range:$73.50-$105.00/Hrs Description Lead Agile teams in the development and delivery of digital solutions. Apply strong understanding of Agile methodologies and traditional project management practices. Work onsite adhering to a hybrid work model. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and optimize workflows. Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams. Ensure delivery of secure, high-quality solutions. Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives. Collaborate with teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements. Manage workflows using generic technology tools. Identify and resolve impediments to team progress. Act as a servant leader to promote a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor sprint metrics to track progress and optimize performance. Ensure product backlog is well-defined and aligned with business goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience Leading Agile Teams. Strong understanding of Agile principles and software development life-cycle. Excellent planning, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in a regulated environment with application life-cycle management tools.
