Our client, manufacturing in the food processing industry is seeking a Stainless Steel Welder to join their team. As a Stainless Steel Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting fabrication and welding operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Stainless Steel Welder

Location: Winsted, MN

Pay Range: $23.5 - 33.65 Based on skill and experience

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Fabricate stainless steel equipment for the food industry according to specifications
• Perform welding using TIG and MIG techniques on sheet and pipe materials
• Operate general metal shop equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Conduct process checks to ensure quality standards are met
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and team initiatives

What's Needed?

• Technical School Diploma or equivalent in welding or fabrication
• Previous experience in mechanical or manufacturing industries preferred
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols
• Physical ability to perform repetitive motions, stand, kneel, and lift up to 70 pounds
• Ability to operate a forklift and use lifting devices safely
