Funciones principales:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Recibir y verificar materiales, suministros, componentes de empaque, narcóticos y sustancias peligrosas; realizar inspecciones visuales, conteos y registros en sistemas de control de inventario.\n\t
  • Mantener y generar transacciones en SAP, gestionar daños, faltantes y excesos siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.\n\t
  • Extraer muestras para análisis y reevaluación de materiales; almacenar según estatus y normas GMP; mantener áreas limpias y organizadas (incluye control de plagas).\n\t
  • Transferir materiales entre almacén y líneas de producción; mantener actualizada y precisa la información en el sistema de inventario.\n\t
  • Preparar materiales para envío y cargar camiones cumpliendo con procedimientos y normas GMP.\n\t
  • Operar y dar mantenimiento a equipos de almacén (radios, montacargas, etc.).\n\t
  • Manejar y disponer adecuadamente materiales rechazados o peligrosos según las regulaciones y procedimientos.\n\t
  • Apoyar en la revisión de procedimientos y ejecución de planes diarios junto al supervisor del área.\n

Requisitos:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Diploma de Escuela Superior con 5 años de experiencia en almacén en industria farmacéutica/biotecnológica/dispositivos médicos.
    \n\t O \n\t
  • Grado Asociado o Bachillerato con mínimo 1 año de experiencia en entornos similares.\n\t
  • Conocimientos en funciones de almacén (recepción, almacenamiento, inventario, despacho, envío, uso de montacargas y manejo de residuos).\n\t
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en operación de equipos de manejo de materiales.\n\t
  • Dominio fluido de inglés y español (oral y escrito).\n\t
  • Capacidad para leer, entender y seguir instrucciones escritas y verbales en ambos idiomas.\n\t
  • Buenas habilidades matemáticas y manejo de computadora.\n\t
  • Conocimiento de regulaciones gubernamentales, GMP y normas vigentes.\n\t
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos rotativos, fines de semana y días feriados.\n
