Overview Join our dynamic team as a Technical Recruiter, where you will leverage advanced AI tools and streamlined processes to own the full recruitment cycle for technical positions within the Information Technology sector. This role is critical for maintaining a seamless and efficient hiring process, ensuring prompt and efficient communication with both candidates and internal teams like hiring managers, while supporting the company's growth and talent acquisition strategies across U.S. and Global time zones. Responsibilities Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles in the Information Technology sector. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on the selection process. Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance recruitment efficiency and automate routine tasks. Maintain prompt communication with candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and seamless hiring experiences. Oversee and manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ensuring the recruitment process is efficient and organized. Multitask effectively by handling sourcing for multiple jobs simultaneously while managing later recruitment stages for other roles. Minimum Qualifications Experience in recruiting or other relevant fields involving people skills and complex end-to-end business processes and tools. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse, Salesforce, or other similar platforms. Excellent communication skills in English, particularly with U.S.-based candidates and stakeholders. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with AI-driven tools and technologies to optimize and automate complex business processes. A track record of successfully recruiting within the Information Technology sector or similar technical fields. Experience in working across global time zones to collaborate with international teams and candidates. Strong organizational and process-oriented skills to maintain a streamlined and efficient recruitment workflow.
