Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Full-Time (2025–2026 School Year)

What You’ll Do
As our 3rd Grade Teacher, you will lead a classroom of learners in a critical developmental stage. You will design and deliver lessons that meet students where they are, while holding high expectations and nurturing a culture of safety, kindness, and curiosity.
You’ll work closely with your grade-level team, principal, and support staff to deliver rigorous instruction, model positive behavior, and build lasting connections with students and families.
Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Assessment
· Deliver high-quality instruction aligned to state standards across core subjects, including reading, writing, math, science, and social studies.
· Use formative and summative assessments to track progress and adjust instruction.
· Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of students at varying academic levels.
Classroom Culture
· Foster a warm and structured classroom environment rooted in mutual respect and high expectations.
· Build strong relationships with students that promote trust, motivation, and engagement.
· Implement consistent routines and behavior systems that support learning.
Collaboration & Growth
· Partner with families through regular communication, conferences, and updates on student progress.
· Participate in schoolwide professional development, PLCs, and data meetings.
· Reflect on feedback and commit to ongoing improvement and learning.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus.
· Valid Arizona teaching certificate (Elementary Education K–8 or equivalent).
· Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
· Prior teaching experience in 3rd–5th grade preferred but not required.
Compensation details: 50000-55000 Yearly Salary
