Job Title: Travel Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
Location: HRMC, Arizona
Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Travel Contract

The Travel Medical Laboratory Technician performs routine and specialized laboratory tests to support patient diagnosis and treatment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work independently in a clinical laboratory setting.

• Collect, process, and analyze biological specimens according to established procedures.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Perform quality control and ensure accuracy of test results.
• Document and report laboratory findings in a timely manner.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (ASCP or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2+ years of recent clinical laboratory experience.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.
• Ability to work early morning shifts and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Experience in travel healthcare assignments.
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems (LIS).
• Knowledge of state and federal laboratory regulations.

• Clinical laboratory environment.
• 10-hour day shifts.
• May include weekends and holidays.
• Exposure to biological specimens and chemicals.
