Driver must live within 50 miles of Gastonia, NC

CDL- A Driver / Truck Driver Responsibilities:

• Freightliner and Kenworth- Automatic
• Hazmat Endorsement Required
• Possibly 1-2 layovers per week
• Driver unload at most stores using electric pallet jack
• Must be ok with night driving
• Average 3-6 stops per load; 13 loads per week
• Start times vary from Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs
• Home 2-3 times during the week; 1-2 layovers required weekly
• Average 1700-1800 miles per week
• Stop pay: $30 (all stops)
• Pay is $.46cpm+; Pay increase to $1500 after 1 yr of service
• Weekly minimum guarantee pay $1300

• 12 months recent Flatbed tractor trailer experienice
• Must have Hazmat Endorsement
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No more than 3 non DOT-preventable accidents in the past 3 years
• No more than 8 jobs in the past 3 years; no more than 3 CDL jobs in the past 12 months 
• No more than 3 incidents in the past 3 years
• Most Terminations will be reviewed if it was not safety or drug related issues
• No DUI's/DWI's in the past 5 years
• Hair & Urine drug screen required
• Felonies and misdemeanors must be outside of 7 years

CDL Class A Driver / Truck Driver Benefits:

• Weekly pay 
• Vacation pay
• Full benefits start after 60 days
