Capital Technology Group (CTG) is on a mission to modernize and innovate the way the federal government delivers software. For this role specifically, we are seeking individuals to help support high-impact, civic tech within the federal government.
As an integral part of the program, the UI/UX Designer will help us understand our customers' business challenges and design a product vision that helps meet those needs. Our UI/UX Designer work with stakeholders, customers, and our agile development teams via user research, interviews, focus groups, and incorporates all their various and sometimes competing needs into a single user experience. They work with the development team to ensure that what the user eventually sees is something that will make their work easier.

Salary Information
We are committed to offering a competitive salary for this position, with an estimated range of $85k to $125k annually. Please note that this range is intended to provide a general idea of what to expect. The final offer may vary based on experience, skills, and other factors.
