Job Description

UX Writer (Finance) The UX Writer will report to the Director, Design in the Product Management Department. This role is responsible for translating complex product information and workflows into engaging and intuitive user experiences. The main duties include creating clear and concise content for digital platforms and customer communications. The UX Writer will collaborate closely with product teams, Business Analysts, UX Designers/Writers, and developers to deliver optimal user experiences. We seek a self-motivated, highly organized individual capable of multitasking, collaborating, and prioritizing in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Understand and interpret product requirements, design decisions, and gather feedback from various audiences.
• Implement content strategies supporting organizational goals for consumer and institutional products.
• Create accessible, clear, and concise content following UX best practices, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
• Maintain consistent voice and tone across all content.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, business analysts, developers, marketing, and stakeholders to develop content that educates, motivates, and empowers users.
• Provide varying levels of content fidelity to support iterative design processes.
• Produce documentation such as copy decks, messaging frameworks, or content models for publishing.
• Author content within our publishing tools.
• Work with the content strategy team to develop and refine the product style guide.
• Support the design system by providing content guidelines for components and patterns.
• Develop, review, and revise content to enhance strategic customer experience initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
