UX Writer (Customer Journeys) Product & Growth Team This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA. Summary We are seeking a skilled UX Writer to help shape customer journeys across multiple digital services. This role plays a critical part in enhancing user acquisition and retention experiences by crafting compelling, user-centered content that aligns with business and brand goals. Our Ideal Candidate 3–5 years of experience in UX writing, content design, or a related field Passion for user experience with a strong foundation in crafting clear, engaging digital copy Proficient in writing for digital interfaces, with strong communication and collaboration skills Familiar with design systems, tone and voice guidelines, and user-centered methodologies Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and engineering Able to work independently and manage multiple fast-paced projects Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, timelines, and stakeholder input Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail Open to giving and receiving feedback to continuously improve copy performance Job Description In this role, you will create effective and engaging copy for customer journeys that support subscription growth initiatives. You’ll partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver content that meets customer goals while supporting acquisition and retention strategies. This includes writing headlines, push notifications, and in-app messaging aligned with existing tone and language systems. You will also support content iteration through feedback, experimentation, and testing, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all touchpoints. Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience Background in marketing, product design, UX, or digital content strategy Additional Requirements Please include a resume and portfolio showcasing your UX writing or content strategy work. This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work (on-site presence as needed). The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $73.00 – $77.60 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting length of service and hours requirements.
