Part-Time (20 hrs/week) | In-House | Orem, UT
Mutiny is on the hunt for a creative powerhouse who can cut, design, and post content that stops the scroll and drives brand love. You’ll wear a few different hats—but they all look really good on you if you're into video editing, graphic design, content creation, and social media.
We’re the parent company behind some seriously fun and fast-growing brands:
Enjoy the creative range of an agency role while building meaningful, long-term impact across each brand—because at Mutiny, we’re not just the agency, we’re the owner.
What You'll Be Doing:Company Overview:
Mutiny is the parent company behind all the brands listed above. We’re a small but mighty team of business leaders, operators, and creatives working together to create best-in-class content and growth for each of our in-house brands. While we move fast and aim high, we also know how to keep things fun—whether that’s grabbing team lunch, shooting hoops on our outdoor court, or squeezing in a quick racquetball match in between projects.
Company Culture & Values:
We’re highly collaborative, self-motivated, and results-driven. Everyone at Mutiny brings their A-game—because we care about the work and the people we work with. We value creativity, accountability, and ownership, and we believe in making content that’s not just on-brand, but genuinely fun to create. Our vibe is upbeat, supportive, and hands-on, and we’re always open to bold ideas that push boundaries and drive results.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
At Mutiny, you won’t just be editing someone else’s ideas—you’ll help create them. You’ll get the variety and fast pace of agency life, but with the deep creative ownership that comes from being part of the brands themselves. You'll collaborate directly with a seasoned post-production leader and content strategist (hi, Cory!) and work across a diverse range of products and audiences. We give you space to grow your skills, pitch ideas, and take creative risks—while also giving you the tools, mentorship, and team support to thrive.
