Job Description

• Plan, create, and edit content (videos, photos, graphics, and copy) for social media and marketing campaigns
• Work closely with creative and marketing teams to create content that aligns with project goals and resonates with target audiences.
• Ensure all design elements align with brand identity and meet quality standards.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
• Proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of online content trends, especially in toys, games, pop culture, and entertainment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bilingual in English and Japanese is a plus
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
