Job Description:
Bilingual Therapies is hiring a full-time Paraprofessional to work onsite in an autism program in Joliet, IL for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting students with mild to severe needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide classroom and one-on-one support for students in an autism program
Assist in implementing IEPs and behavioral support plans
Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure student progress
Maintain structure and support a positive learning environment
Requirements:
Previous experience working with students with special needs (autism preferred)
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
High school diploma or equivalent (Paraprofessional certification may be required by district)
