UPMC Family Hospice is hiring a Home Care Aide for the Williamsport and surrounding areas.
\nThis position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm, with every 3rd weekend and two holidays per year.

Provide designated care under the direction of the primary service provider in the home to achieve identified goals. Function as an extension of skilled nursing services and/or rehabilitation services in the home.
High School Diploma or GED - Required
\nOne (1) year of Direct Patient Care experience. - required
\nCertified Nurse Aide Preferred
\nMinimum of 75 hours of Nurse Aide training- Required. If no previous nurse aide training, applicant may attend UPMC Home Healthcare Nurse Aide Training Course as available upon hire.
