\n\nWhat will you do in this job?:\n

Safety, anticipating guest needs, honoring our surroundings and bringing your best every day are the core values we live by in order to provide dynamic guest service at the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge. As a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of lodge property and equipment. You will maintain and clean the grounds to be aesthetically appealing. You will have a range of duties in order to assist team members including:

• Walk-throughs of the grounds, picking up garbage and disposing of it
• Water and fertilize plants
• Mow and trim lawns
• Perform equipment cleaning and maintenance
• Assist with maintenance projects

\n\nWhat skills and experience do you need for this job?:\n

• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Previous maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
