Marketing Associate 
Integrity Roofing & Construction (Poulsbo, WA)

Part Time hourly | On-Site Preferred | $25-28/ hour based on experience

Position Overview 

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for storytelling, digital content creation, and community engagement. You'll play a key role in building and promoting our brand through social media, photography, writing, and light graphic design. This position starts as part-time but may grow into a full-time role (that would include company benefits + PTO) based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage day-to-day social media activity across platforms like Facebook and Instagram 

• Plan, write, and schedule engaging social content using tools like Meta Business Suite or Buffer 

• Capture and curate original photos and graphics that reflect our brand and projects 

• Write and edit content for email campaigns, blog posts, and internal communications 

• Support in the creation of digital and print marketing collateral (flyers, brochures, signage, etc.) 

• Support event planning, promotion, and logistics for community and company events 

• Bring fresh, creative ideas to marketing campaigns and brand storytelling 

• Increase website traffic through strategic content, SEO optimization, and analytics tracking 

• Identify and pursue local community engagement opportunities to build brand presence 

• Develop and support marketing efforts aimed at increasing qualified lead flow 

What We're Looking For 

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media 

• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong grasp of tone and voice 

• Comfortable with social media tools and visual content platforms (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer) 

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines 

• A proactive attitude and collaborative mindset 

Bonus Points For 

• Experience with email marketing platforms (like Mailchimp) 

• Interest in or familiarity with the construction, remodeling, or home improvement industry
